Experience the balancing energy of Reiki through this comprehensive Reiki Level I training and begin a practice that can support you for a lifetime.
Reiki is commonly referred to as an energy-healing technique. Much more than that, Reiki is an accessible, restorative practice that works with your body’s own remarkable healing capabilities. It helps to accelerate the natural healing process, calming the nervous system, and restoring balance to all levels of your being.
Reiki is easy to learn and provides a lifelong foundation for self-care and personal empowerment.
This Reiki Level I Training provides a combination of lecture, discussion, and experience.
In this training you will:
Hear the origin story and rich history of Reiki
Receive the Level I Reiki “Placement” (attunement)
Learn Japanese Reiki Techniques, as taught by Usui Sensei, including:
Gassho meditation
Gyoshi ho - sending Reiki with the eyes
Kenyoku - dry bathing or clearing one's energy field
Practice Usui Sensei’s Five Reiki Precepts as a simple meditation and guide for everyday life
Learn the standard Reiki Hand Positions
Practice the complete treatment protocol for self
Receive hands-on experience and guidance using all hand positions in providing a treatment for others
Learn additional tips, pointers and techniques to enhance your overall experience with Reiki.
Cultivate a practice you can return to for deep self-care, healing, and personal growth
