The Program Coordinator’s responsibilities include maintaining the website, coordinating social media and other platforms, and managing registration software and Zoom integration.

Hours and location: Approximately 15 hours a week, with a flexible schedule. Meets weekly with the Board Chair via phone or Zoom. A candidate based in Northeast Ohio is preferred for occasional in-person meetings.

Compensation: $18-$21/hour; paid monthly

Specific duties: 

  • Manage website (Dynadot).
  • Create program webpages with content, images, and video.
  • Add new programs to Acuity Scheduling registration software and maintain updates.
  • Create program flyers and graphics in Canva or similar program.
  • Design online program catalogs in Canva or another program.
  • Create Zoom meetings and integrate with Acuity.
  • Work with presenters to write program descriptions, bio, and images.
  • Promote programs on social media and Meetup.
  • Create weekly program eblasts in Mailchimp.
  • Write content and blog posts with Wix.
  • Interact with members and presenters via email and phone.
  • Input and sort data in Excel to create monthly attendance reports.
  • Upload files and videos to Dropbox and YouTube.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail oriented, and works well independently. The position will work with a small team of committed and supportive individuals.
