What You’ll Experience

Build strength, flow with breath, and deepen your practice.

This class offers a whole-body approach for those who’ve practiced yoga before or have a regular movement practice. You’ll be guided through a rich sequence of postures—seated, standing, and on the floor—balanced with counter poses, breathwork, and deep relaxation.

  • Begin with healthy warm-ups to awaken the body

  • Flow through classic yoga postures with intention

  • Center with pranayama (yogic breathing)

  • Explore the rhythm of stretching, releasing, and receiving
