Join us and experience creating Zentangle® Art. As it can be very meditative, it can help one to feel calm and centered. Tangling helps some people to focus on what they are hearing and it helps others to tune out what's going on in their environment. Looking at a finished piece, one can feel a sense of accomplishment and awe. Creating Zentangle art can also add a lot of fun to one's life! Anyone can do it!
Tools needed: a felt tipped pen (or any pen), a pencil, a Q-tip if you have one, a small paper (3½ x 3½ inches is ideal)
