Yoga Teacher, RYT-500, RPYT

I am very excited to join the Shadybrook Family! I look forward to meeting you exactly where you are in your practice.

With over 23 years of experience in yoga and 18 years as a certified teacher, I am registered with the Yoga Alliance at the E-RYT 500 and RPYT (Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher) levels. I am also a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists, a Level 1 iRest Practitioner, an Usui Reiki Master, and a Karuna Reiki Master. I teach yoga to Veterans at the VA and volunteer at The Hospice of the Western Reserve.

Over the years my practice with many notable teachers has given me a well-rounded approach to the diverse ways yoga can enhance health and well-being. My intention is to help all students connect with their breath, their bodies and their truthful inner voice. I am passionate about sharing how yoga can help us all live from a place of loving kindness for ourselves and others within this beautiful web of the universe.
