Gentle Yoga welcomes you just as you are—with time to listen to your body, savor each sensation, and choose variations that support your well-being.

This class includes seated, standing, and floor postures, ending with a restful guided relaxation.

  • Enjoy healthy warm-ups and classic yoga postures

  • Breathe deeply with pranayama (yogic breathwork)

  • Explore the dance between stretching and releasing

  • Feel replenished in body, calm in mind, and renewed in spirit
