T’ai Chi Chih is an evidence based Mindfulness Practice, sometimes called a Moving Meditation.

There are 19 easy to learn & do circular movements and 1 pose.

Anyone can participate regardless of age or physical condition.

Benefits of T’ai Chi Chih Include: Improved balance, stress relief, improved immune system, muscle strength, lower blood pressure and much more!

Anyone who has completed the T'ai Chi Chih 8-week program is invited to join a group practice followed by a meditation.  Group practices can be very beneficial in creating and or maintaining your personal practice.
