This workshop will explore research on forgiveness issues at the end of life. It will discuss what forgiveness is as well as what it is not. This workshop will also discuss what unique factors forgiveness might include at the end of life and the effects on patients and caregivers. As a result of attending this program, participants will have a better understanding of what palliative care research says about forgiveness, especially how it impacts individuals and loved ones at the end of life. Participants will be asked to reflect and discuss.
