Pandemic life has thrown us into challenging circumstances (hello working from home and remote learning!) and if you’re struggling to find structure, routines, and habits that support you in this environment, this workshop is for you.
The good news is that you don’t have to have an endless supply of willpower, self-discipline, or the desire to completely overhaul your life. There are small changes that you can make that yield a big impact when it comes to your sense of well being and sanity.
Eric Zimmer has spent years studying behavior change and, as a behavior coach, he teaches his private clients how to apply the science of behavior change to their everyday lives to help them achieve their goals. In this workshop, he will share some of the most practical and useful techniques to build some structure that will help support you in this “new normal”.
Registration Deadline: March 12
