We’ll then delve into the Eight Pillars of Joy from the perspectives of Archbishop Desmond Tutu and His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Don Miguel Ruiz’s “The Four Agreements” will also be reviewed which promotes a happy and healthy outlook for living.
