A group that meets twice a month for two months. What are the things in life which are most important? For what do we feel the most gratitude? Are there elements we would like to alter in order to make the most important things prominent, more joyful, and present? This is a group where each of us can express and share our thoughts and dreams, feelings, our humanity in an atmosphere framed by civility and respect. We can use tools such as centering, contemplation, journaling, conscious listening, and meditation techniques to bring mindfulness and positive movement forward. Light refreshments.
