Join Shadybrook and presenter Donna Tiroly to learn more about how T’ai Chi Chih can help promote health, harmony, balance and wholeness in your everyday life.


T’ai Chi Chih is an evidence based Mindfulness Practice, sometimes called a Moving Meditation. There are 19 easy to learn & do circular movements and 1 pose.

Anyone can participate regardless of age or physical condition.
