Spirituality can be a powerful resource for balancing the stressors of life and sustaining a sense of peace in spite of the challenges that we face. We live in a complex world that has become so saturated with destructive elements that our tendency is to protect ourselves by disengaging and becoming desensitized. I encourage you to care.
