Research has shown that people who feel a deep spiritual connection have better physical and mental health outcomes than people without a spiritual connection. Spirituality can be a powerful resource for balancing the stressors of life and sustaining a sense of peace in spite of the challenges that we face.  We live in a complex world that has become so saturated with destructive elements that our tendency is to protect ourselves by disengaging and becoming desensitized. I encourage you to care. To care about it all. To feel. To feel it all. To act. To act with compassion. For this is how we retain our humanity.  This is not the time to tune out. This is the time to tune in.  


This four-hour experiential workshop will:

  • Review the benefits of spiritual wellness.
  • Allow participants to share some of their spiritual practices (exercises) to enhance well-being.
  • Explore practices that can help deepen your connection to Universal Love while expanding your awareness of self and others.
